Yasser Arafat Foundation organized a wreath laying ceremony to honor the late President Yasser Arafat in Ramallah in commemoration of the 12th anniversary of his passing. Prime Minister Dr. Rami Hamdallah, Executive Committee of the PLO, Central Committee of Fatah, Secretary-Generals of PLO factions, General Union of Palestinian Women and Yasser Arafat Foundation laid wreaths at the Mausoleum.

Yang Weigou, Chinese Representative to the Occupied Palestinian Territory also participated in the ceremony along with some of his staff at the Representative Office of China in Ramallah. They ended their visit with a tour at Yasser Arafat Museum. Many Palestinian and international people gathered on this day to honor their late President and visit his Museum.

It is important to note that YAF organizes annual events and activities to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of Yasser Arafat. This year, they organized the inauguration of Yasser Arafat Museum and the commemorative ceremony at Ramallah Cultural Palace.
