The Yasser Arafat Endowment is a special investment fund for the deposit of donations designated for this purpose.   The Endowment shall not expend any of its available funds for any reason other than in compliance with the provisions of the Yasser Arafat Foundation Bylaws.  The Endowment may invest such funds in the manner and mechanisms specified in the bylaws, in which case the return in investment shall be utilized for the purposes specified in the Foundation’s Bylaws.
