Dr. Nasser Alkidwa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yasser Arafat Foundation (YAF) called on Hamas to hand over the rest of the martyr Yasser Arafat's personal belongings which remain in its possession to the Foundation. He also applauded the fact that they handed back the President’s house to the Foundation last November. 
This came during Alkidwa’s meeting with Ismail Haniyeh, deputy head of Hamas’ political bureau, on 12 February 2016 Saturday evening in Gaza.
Mr. Rawhi Fattouh and Mr. Zakariya Agha, members of the Board of Trustees of YAF attended the meeting, as well as Imad Al-Alami, Khalil Al-Hayya, Ghazi Hamad and Taher Al-Nunu from Hamas Movement. 
Last Thursday, Alkidwa met with members of the Board of Trustees of YAF residing in Gaza. He visited President Yasser Arafat’s House in Gaza since the Foundation seeks to reform and turn it into a place where Palestinians can visit to retrieve the good memories, as stated by Alkidwa. Also to maintain part of the unforgettable leader's heritage so as to maintain the Palestinian national memory as well as national and democratic values in which President Arafat believed in.
