Arafat and visits his museum On Thursday, February 13, 2025, the President of Estonia, Alar Karis, laid a wreath at the tomb of the martyr President Yasser Arafat in Ramallah, followed by a visit to the Yasser Arafat Museum, accompanied by Palestinian Minister of Communications, Abed al-Razzaq al-Natsheh.
Dr. Ahmed Soboh, Chairman of the Yasser Arafat Foundation, and Mohammad Halaika, Director of the Yasser Arafat Museum, welcomed the Estonian president and his accompanying delegation.
Dr. Ahmed Soboh stated that the space dedicated to Yasser Arafat, consisting of the mosque, the tomb, and the museum, is a significant and prominent symbol for presenting the Palestinian narrative and the Palestinian national rights. Dr. Soboh and Halaika accompanied the Estonian president and his delegation on a tour inside the museum’s halls, where they were briefed on the most important events in the Palestinian cause over the last hundred years and the key historical moments in the life of the late President Yasser Arafat.
