During his official visit, Dr. Nasser Alkidwa met with the Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs Khamis al-Jehinawi accompanied by the Palestinian Ambassador to Tunisia Hayel al-Fahoum.
They discussed the increasing violent measures imposed by the Israeli occupation forces against Palestinians including deliberate killings, the siege, judaization and increasing colonization of Palestine. They also discussed the Egyptian-French initiatives and the prospects of regaining unity of the Palestinian political system. 
Alkidwa gave a detailed explanation about Yasser Arafat Foundation and its programs that preserve the history and legacy of Yasser Arafat as well as Tunisia’s significant role in the Palestinian National struggle. He also met with the heads of the main political parties in Tunisia such as Nidaa Tunis, Ennahda Movement and Mashrou’ Tunis Party.
Along with the Palestinian Ambassador al-Fahoum, Alkidwa visited Yasser Arafat’s headquarters and recited al Fatiha prayers.
