The Yasser Arafat Foundation, represented by its Chairman Dr. Ahmad Soboh, signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation with the Institute for Public Policies, represented by its Chairman Dr. Muhammad Owda, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the foundation's headquarters in Ramallah.

The memorandum includes provisions for exchanging expertise and knowledge to conduct scientific studies and research, organizing training courses for its staff, holding national seminars and conferences, and providing consultancy studies to serve the national project. It also covers the issuance of studies, reports, and research of mutual interest and the exchange of strategic scientific publications.

Notably, this memorandum is part of the Yasser Arafat Foundation's ongoing efforts to collaborate with various institutions to achieve its goals of preserving the late president's legacy and benefiting future generations from it. Dr. Owda Masharqa, General Director of the Yasser Arafat Foundation; Muhammad Halayqa, Director of the Yasser Arafat Museum; and Dr. Abdullah Al-Najjar, Editor-in-Chief of Policies Magazine were present at the signing.
