The Yasser Arafat Foundation, in collaboration with several partner institutions, organized a cultural day for children from summer camps at the Yasser Arafat Museum.

Over two days, approximately 130 children of both genders, aged between 9 and 14, from various locations in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates, were welcomed at the museum.

The museum staff guided the children through a tour inside the museum, educating them about Palestinian history and the life journey of the late founding president, Yasser Arafat. At the end of the tour, a film titled "Yasser's Story" was screened for the children in Al-Muntada hall.

This cultural day aimed to enhance the national culture among participating children, educate them about the life of President Yasser Arafat, and strengthen Palestinian national identity among them.

It's worth noting that this cultural day served as an alternative to the Yasser Arafat summer camps, which could not be held this year due to repeated Israeli incursions into Palestinian territories, roadblocks between cities, and the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
