In 1984, she graduated from Algeria with a Bachelor of Law.
She is a master's degree holder in criminal sciences.
In 1995, she graduated from the Gaza Law Council with a law degree.
In 2003, she worked as an assistant advisor in the Council of Ministers' Bureau of Fatwa and Legislation.
In 1997, she worked as a senior legal researcher at the Bureau of Fatwa and Legislation / Ministry of Justice.
From 1995 until 1997, she served as an office manager and legal advisor to the Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Political and Moral Guidance Commission.
Between 1987 and 1994, she was a member of the General Union of Palestinian Women's Administrative Board and President of the Union's Algeria Branch.
She was named head of the Bureau of Fatwa and Legislation in 2018 and will hold the position until 2022.
She has conducted various studies on the drafting procedure used to create a legal sentence. In addition, she has conducted research on the entry into effect and repeal of secondary legislation, as well as a study on the Ministry of Justice's involvement in the judicial system.
