Born in Beirut, Lebanon, on August 8, 1964.

She completed her secondary education at Marsawrius School in Lebanon in 1983 and earned a diploma in Media and Management from the Institute of Media in Tunisia, as well as a diploma in Administration and Computing from the Open University of Al-Quds.

In 2009, she was elected to the General Secretariat of the General Union of Palestinian Women and was assigned the role of Secretary.
