The Yasser Arafat Achievement Award Committee held its first meeting in 2023, led by Dr. Ola Awad, Chairperson and Board Member of the Foundation. The committee will review nominations and decide the winner based on award conditions.

The prize will be announced and presented on the 19th anniversary of Yasser Arafat's martyrdom. The meeting was attended by committee members and Foundation General Director Dr. Ahmed Soboh.
