Dr. Ahmed Soboh, Director General of the Yasser Arafat Foundation, and Yahya Yakhlef, a member of the Foundation's Board of Directors, presented the Yasser Arafat Foundation shield to the family and the Tawfiq Ziad Foundation, represented by Mrs. Naela Ziad, at an event commemorating the 29th anniversary of the leader, poet, and politician Tawfiq Ziad, which was organized by the Ministry of Culture in partnership with the National Library at its headquarters in the town of Surda, north of Ramallah.
